General Questions

What is the status of my order?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your purchase and updates on its status.
Since all artwork is made to order, please allow up to 14 working days for your print to be delivered.

Once your delivery is scheduled, we will contact you to arrange a convenient time. A tracking number will also be provided for your reference.

Can I change my order?
We can accommodate changes only for orders that have not yet been started.

Gift Cards

Do gift cards expire?
All online gift cards are valid for one year.
If you need a reminder of the remaining time, please refer to your receipt or contact us directly.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods on our website:

  • Debit and credit cards
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay
  • Shopify Payments
  • Google Pay

You can select your preferred payment option at checkout.


Shipping

What are your postage options?

We dispatch all items within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. In most cases, tracking information will come directly from Royal Mail. Please check your junk folder if you do not see it.

For additional items, you can select 24-hour or 48-hour delivery at checkout.
Please note: As all artwork is made to order, delivery of prints may take up to 8 working days.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the UK. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us.

How can I track my package?
We provide tracking numbers for DPD or Royal Mail. The tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Will I pay taxes for international shipping?
Yes, deliveries within Europe typically incur customs taxes.
Our delivery partners will handle customs clearance and provide an invoice for duties and taxes in your local currency. For further details, please consult the website of the delivery partner managing your shipment.


Returns

What is your returns policy?

To align with our environmental policy, returns are now processed online.
To initiate a return, please email us at returns@woodcockandcavendish.co.uk.

Do you accept returns?
We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item was purchased through our online store.
  • The item remains unused and in its original condition.
  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery.
  • The return is completed within 14 days of delivery.

Can I exchange an item?
Yes, exchanges are available under the same conditions as returns. When initiating your return, please specify that you wish to exchange the item.

Are returns free?
Unfortunately, returns are not free.
For unwanted items, the original postage cost will not be refunded. However, if the item is faulty, we will refund your original postage cost, we will not refund postage costings for Special delivery or Next day delivery.

How long does it take to process a return?
Returns are confirmed within 7 days of being received at our warehouse.
Once approved, your refund, exchange, or credit will be processed within 7 days, and you will receive email confirmation.

  • Returns are not available for ANY made-to-order items.
